Short version: follow Discord's rules; virtual currency has no cash value; Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription per server billed by Paddle; you can cancel any time in Billing and ask for a refund within 14 days.
These terms are an agreement between you and FO"TG" Development (“we”, “us”) about TGBot Global (“the Service”): the Discord bot, the website and the dashboard. By adding the bot, logging in or buying a plan you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you accept for a server or organization, you confirm you have the right to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and be old enough to use Discord.
TGBot Global provides economy, shop, casino games, quests, profiles, tickets, roles, greetings, music, security and other server tools, managed from a web dashboard. Features are described in the documentation and can change over time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted operation.

If these rules are broken, we may warn you, remove data, or block a user or server from the Service.
Premium Lite and Premium Pro are paid subscriptions for one Discord server. A server connected as a sub-server in a cluster uses the plan of the server that manages it. Prices, billing periods (monthly or yearly) and what each plan includes are shown on the Premium page before you pay.
Orders are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle charges you, handles VAT and other sales taxes where they apply, and issues the invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms for buyers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal.
You can cancel at any time in the dashboard, under Billing in your server settings. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the server returns to Free and its settings are kept. You can also change plan or update your payment method there. If a renewal payment fails, the plan may end and the server returns to Free.
You can ask for a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of the payment, whether it is a first payment or a renewal, with the Request refund button in Billing in your server settings, or by writing to [email protected] with your Discord ID and server ID. Where the law gives you a longer right of withdrawal, this section does not limit it. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method, and the plan ends when the refund is made.
After 14 days, payments are not refunded except where the law requires it or where the Service was unavailable for a long period because of our fault.
You keep the rights to what you create or upload, such as server settings, texts, images and profile information. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.
Our software, name, logo, design and documentation belong to us. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the Service.
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can get a copy of your data with /my_data and ask us to delete it.
We try to keep the Service running, but outages, maintenance and Discord problems happen. Features may be limited, changed or discontinued. If we end a paid feature during a period you paid for, we will refund the unused part of that period.
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and, if you have a plan, cancelling it first. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Paid time is not refunded in that case unless the law says otherwise.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, profit or reputation, or for problems caused by Discord or other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your rights as a consumer remain.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to solve a problem informally.
We may change these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will announce them on the support server or the website. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel your plan and stop using the Service.
