Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Short version: we store only what the bot's features need, we never see your card details, we do not sell data, and you can get a copy with /my_data or ask us to delete everything.
1. Who we are
TGBot Global (“the Service”) is a Discord bot and the website you are reading this on. It is run by FO"TG" Development (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how the data described below is processed, which makes us the data controller.
Contact for anything about your data: [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you use the bot
- Identifiers: your Discord user ID, and the IDs of servers, channels, roles and messages the bot works with.
- Feature data: balances, inventory, experience and levels, streaks, quests, purchases from server shops, profile fields you fill in (title, sections, birthday, time zone), reminders, to-do lists, playlists and ticket data.
- Server settings: what administrators configure in the dashboard or with commands, such as modules, greetings, auto roles, security options and the server's plan.
- Command usage: only anonymous totals per day, such as how many times a command ran. These totals are not linked to you or to a server.
We do not store the content of ordinary messages for any purpose other than the feature you triggered. Moderation and ticket features process the messages and actions they act on.
When you log in to the website
You log in with Discord (OAuth). We ask for the identify and guilds scopes, which give us your username, avatar and the list of servers you are in, so we can show the servers you can manage. The login token is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is sent with requests to our server to prove who you are. We never see your Discord password.
When you buy a plan
Payments are handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. You enter card or wallet details on Paddle's checkout; we never receive or store them. We keep only what we need to run the subscription: the server it applies to, the plan (Lite or Pro), the billing period, the end date, the status, the Paddle subscription and customer IDs, and the Discord ID of the person who bought it. Paddle keeps your invoices and billing details under its own privacy notice.
3. How we use it
- To run the features you or your server's administrators turn on.
- To show your servers and settings in the dashboard, and to let only owners and administrators change them.
- To activate, renew, change and cancel paid plans, and to show billing history.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix bugs.
- To understand overall usage through the anonymous daily totals above.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Legal bases
Where privacy law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the features and plans you ask for), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, basic statistics) and legal obligation (for example accounting records kept by Paddle). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
6. International transfers
Discord, Paddle and our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Feature and profile data is kept while the bot is in use, so your balance and progress stay if a server removes and re-adds the bot. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Server settings are kept until the administrators remove them or ask us to delete them.
- Subscription records are kept while the plan is active and as long as we need to handle billing questions and disputes. Paddle keeps invoices as long as the law requires.
- Technical payment notifications are deleted automatically after a few days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent.
- Get a copy: run
/my_datain Discord and the bot sends you everything it has stored about you in private. - Delete or correct: write to [email protected] and tell us your Discord user ID. We may ask you to confirm it from that account. We reply within 30 days.
- Complain: you can contact your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country). The Service is not directed to children below that age and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and by limiting who can reach the database. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you where the law requires it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we will announce them on the support server or the website.
13. Contact
Questions or requests: [email protected] or the support server.
