Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about setting up and using TGBot Global.
Getting started
TGBot Global is an all-in-one Discord bot for community servers. It covers economy, a shop, loot boxes, casino games, quests, levels and profiles, tickets, auto roles, reaction roles, greetings, a calendar and server security. Everything is managed from a web dashboard, so you don't have to configure it through commands.
Press Add to Discord, choose your server and confirm the permissions. You need the Manage Server permission on that server to add a bot.
Log in with Discord using the button in the top right corner, open My servers and pick the server you want to configure. Each feature has its own section in the sidebar.
The dashboard lists the servers where you are the owner or have the Administrator permission. Make sure you are logged in with the right Discord account, and add the bot first if it isn't on the server yet. If you just added it, refresh the page.
Server owners and administrators can change the settings in the dashboard. Only the owner can connect servers into a cluster. In Discord, commands work according to each member's permissions.
The most important one is Manage Roles, together with placing the bot's role above every role it has to give (shop roles, auto roles, level roles). Other features ask for the usual permissions: sending messages, embedding links, and managing channels for tickets and private voice rooms. If something doesn't work, the dashboard tells you when the bot can't give a role.
Features & commands
Economy, store, loot boxes, casino, quests, promo codes, premium perks, profiles and levels, streaks, auto roles, reaction roles, greetings, tickets, auto voice, security, the calendar, triggers, partnerships and the list of enabled commands. Each section only affects the server you opened.
On the Commands page, or by typing /help in Discord. Admins can turn individual commands or whole modules off in the Commands section of the dashboard.
Members earn currency with the daily work command, quests, promo codes and casino wins, then spend it in the store or on loot boxes. Cash and card balances are separate. You choose the currency emoji, income ranges, cooldown and bonuses for specific roles in the Economy section.
Open the Store section, add an item, choose the type (item, role or set) and set the price. A bought role is given to the member straight away and isn't stored in the inventory. You can sell up to 50 items, and the role must be below the bot's role.
Use quests for tasks with rewards, promo codes for giveaways, and loot boxes with random prizes. Level roles and titles give members long-term goals.
Yes. Profiles show level, experience, titles and a banner, and have extra pages. Members earn experience for activity and purchases, and you decide which roles are given at which level.
Premium
Yes. The core of the bot is free. Lite and Pro are optional paid tiers that unlock extra features and higher limits. Current plans and prices are on the Premium page.
Each subscription belongs to one server. Servers connected as sub-servers in a cluster use the plan of the server that manages them, so you don't pay for every server separately.
Premium features are marked in the dashboard and in the command list. Locked sections show which tier unlocks them.
Yes, there are no hidden fees and no long commitments. When a plan ends, the premium features lock again and the rest of the bot keeps working as before.
Clusters
A cluster connects several of your servers: one is the hub, the others are sub-servers. Chosen features are shared, so a member keeps one balance, one level or one streak across the whole network. The hub needs Premium Pro, it can have up to 5 sub-servers, and you must own every server you connect.
Economy, calendar, triggers, streak and profile. Related features follow automatically: the store, casino, boxes, quests, promo codes and premium perks follow the economy, and the tree follows the profile. Each switch is in the Clusters section.
The shared section is locked there and shows information from the hub, because it can be edited only on the hub. Commands that use shared data work with the hub's data.
Yes. The hub's store can sell roles of the hub and of its sub-servers. The role is given on the server it belongs to, so the buyer has to be a member of that server.
Nothing is merged or deleted. The sub-server simply goes back to using its own data again.
Data & safety
Server settings you configure, and member data needed for the features: balances, inventory, experience and profile. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
We use the official Discord login and ask only for your basic account info and the list of your servers. We never see your password.
Write to [email protected] and we will help you. Removing the bot from a server stops it from collecting new data there.
Support
Check that the bot is online and has permission to read and send messages in the channel. Make sure the command or module isn't turned off in the Commands section, and give changes a minute to apply. If it still doesn't work, write to us on the support server.
Join the support server or email [email protected]. Describe what you expected and what happened, and attach a screenshot if you can.
